Welcome to HappyDream (“we”, “our”, or “the App”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides professional AI vehicle styling and image processing services, including but not limited to:Virtual car rim replacement, full car wrap color modification and vehicle appearance preview;AI portrait & car photo synthesis, high-end driving portrait and aesthetic vehicle image generation;Intelligent AI image optimization, visual effect creation and related technical support services.
We reserve the right to update, optimize or adjust functional services at any time without prior notice to ensure better user experience.
You must be at least 13 years old or have full legal capacity to sign a binding agreement;By using this App, you confirm that you are legally eligible to accept these Terms and undertake corresponding rights and obligations.
You shall provide true, accurate and complete registration information;You are fully responsible for all behaviors under your account, including keeping your login password and account information confidential;If you discover unauthorized account login or abnormal access, please contact us immediately to protect your account security.
The car photos, portrait photos and other images you upload are only used to complete your requested AI modification, styling and image production services;You warrant that all uploaded content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, copyrights and other legitimate legal rights;We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content, and will only process your files locally or temporarily to deliver services, and will not arbitrarily collect, leak or use your photos for other commercial purposes.
You shall not use the App for illegal, abusive, infringing or harmful behaviors;It is prohibited to upload pornographic, violent, illegal, politically sensitive, discriminatory or other prohibited content, as well as illegal modified vehicle pictures that violate national regulations;We have the right to issue warnings, restrict functions or permanently terminate service access for users who violate the above rules.
Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] to fully understand our rules of collection, use, storage and protection of user information, including uploaded pictures, anonymous operation logs and device data.Special Notice: HappyDream will not actively collect, store or share users' facial biometric data, vehicle private information and sensitive personal privacy data.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, UI interface, icons, copywriting, algorithm models, AI rendering technology and vehicle design materials, belong to HappyDream or its authorized licensors.No user may copy, modify, decompile, distribute or use the App’s internal resources and copyrighted content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
We are not liable for service suspension, system failure or data loss caused by network exceptions, device failures, user improper operation or third-party factors;We strive to provide realistic vehicle modification effects and high-quality image works, but do not guarantee that all generated pictures can fully meet individual aesthetic expectations;All virtual modification effects are for reference only, not applicable to official vehicle modification procedures, and users shall bear all risks arising from the use of generated content.
Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, HappyDream shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, special or consequential losses caused by your use or inability to use this App.
We can revise these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be updated in the App with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
You may stop using this App voluntarily at any time;For users who seriously violate usage rules and legal regulations, we have the right to suspend or permanently close your service authority.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people’s court where the developer is located for settlement.
